On misunderstood Virgo

For some reason, individuals born under the zodiac sign of Virgo are not typically regarded as being on par with other astrological signs. Because that’s how it is?

“Being boring” is not a fault: it is an opinion that comes from our idea of “boredom”. Often, individuals aspire to attain a successful social position or be considered brilliant, admired, and highly skilled. Since the sign of Virgo is associated with precision, accuracy, and reasoning, we tend to categorise such qualities as dull and unappealing.

When viewed holistically, the zodiac embodies seasonal symbolism essential to our very survival. Virgo, in particular, symbolises the time of the year that plays a crucial role in the harvesting of crops, enabling us to separate, so to speak,  the “wheat from the chaff” and make our food fit for human consumption. In doing so, Virgo complements its opposite sign, Pisces, which represents the unexpressed potential of the seed. As a result, individuals born under the sign of Virgo are known for their practicality, meticulousness, logical reasoning, and unwavering perseverance. They are the builders of the everyday life that we often take for granted.

To address every aspect of the matter and do justice to Virgos, let’s try to define the “boredom point” for each sign, i.e., the limit at which they become dull or uninteresting:

  1. Aries. They go one-way.
  2. Taurus. Materialistic, obsessed with acquisition.
  3. Gemini. They lack depth.
  4. Cancer. Sentimental, overly emotional.
  5. Leo. A self-centred egomaniac.
  6. Virgo. A demanding and complex person to please.
  7. Libra. They suffer from unconditional self-esteem.
  8. Scorpio. A tricky individual.
  9. Sagittarius. Overly visionary and ideological.
  10. Capricorn. Too rational.
  11. Aquarius. Unintelligible and way above our heads.
  12. Pisces. A dreamer.
